JKP Constable Recruitment 2026 Application Fee
- The application fee is 700 rupees only. For candidates from the SC, ST-1, ST-2, and EWS categories, the fee is ₹600 only.

JKP Constable Recruitment 2026- Exam Pattern (Written)
The test will be in the form of multiple-choice questions, and all the questions will be in English.
If you answer a question incorrectly, you will lose marks. The amount lost is one-fourth (¼) of the marks that were given for that question.
JKP Constable Recruitment 2026 Physical Standard Test (PST)
Candidates will be selected for the Physical Standard Test based on their performance in the Written Examination, with six times as many candidates chosen as there are vacancies in each category.
For Male Candidates:
- Minimum Height: 5 feet 6 inches
- Chest Girth (Unexpanded): 32 inches
- Chest Girth (Expanded): 33½ inches
For Female Candidates:
- Minimum Height: 5 feet 2 inches
- For candidates from the Gorkha community, the minimum height requirement can be relaxed by 2 inches.
- Physical Endurance Test (PET)
- Candidates who pass the Physical Standard Test (PST) need to take part in the Physical Endurance Test, which includes the following activities:
For Male Candidates
- Long race: 1600 meters run in 6 and a half minutes, which is six minutes and thirty seconds.
- Push-ups: 20 (one full movement from up to down is counted as one).
For Female Candidates
- Long race: 1000 meters completed in 6 and a half minutes, which is six minutes and thirty seconds.
- Shot Put (4 kg): He threw it 14 and a half feet in three tries.
